Hey, Marjay! During the habit challenge, you’ll learn to overcome boredom and be able to keep up with your habits even when you are not motivated. It will take time and it will be a slow process, but you will have everything that you need ready to support your grandson!
That’s a very well-thought-out day plan! In case something gets in the way, the habit challenge will teach you how to come up with a good plan B so that you can still stick to your habits.
