Hey there, Allen! It might seem like a pipe dream now, but as long as you consistently do your habit, there’s no doubt you’ll get there. πŸ˜€ Keep up the good work!

Hey, Ami! It might be better to use the same trigger for your study habit during the weekdays and the weekends. That way, your habit will feel consistent each time you do it. Perhaps it’s better to tie your study habit after you make dinner?

Hey, Kevin! A good diet habit is a great keystone habit to have in order to improve every other aspect of your life, and it will especially help if you want to dance professionally. Keep at it!

Hey, Ozzy! Even if you can’t jog with your son, you can still do small exercises with him from inside the house. πŸ™‚ I think you can add that to your habit until he’s ready to jog with you. πŸ˜€

That’s a good start, Jeff! Make sure that when you do split your habit into sets, you test a trigger first so that you can make sure you will do your habit consistently. Make sure that you post how that goes here as well.

Hi, Marjay! Good job with creating triggers for your habits. You might have to create alarms at least for the projects that are due a week after. That way, you won’t forget when they are due and you won’t be forced to cram.

Hey there, Ami! Have you tried creating space for your new habit in the mornings before work? What does your morning routine look like?

Hi, Marjay! The weekdays might be hectic, but on weekends (especially when big projects are due the next week) it would still be better to break study time in two sets.Β  Also, since the goal is to help him until he learns to study on his own, it might be a good idea to let him study on his own during one day of the weekend (the other is left for rest). You can simply test him during that weekend to see how well he is doing on his own. πŸ™‚

Hey there, Lucienne! What really matters is that:

    1. You start small and set an upper limit
    2. You increase the intensity of the habit on a regular basis
    3. You stay consistent so that you do the habit by following a schedule
    4. You break your habits into sets when it gets too big
    5. You stop increasing the intensity of the habit when it gets too big to maintain.

Hi, Jeff! You’re off to a good start. Make sure you gauge yourself so that your habit is always easy to do even when you don’t feel like doing it. As long as you start small, you’ll be able to snowball it into something big later.
