Hey there, Elaine! You can also use a Karaoke Player and connect it to your TV so that you can practice conveniently and have a lot of fun. 😀

You can create multiple sets with smaller durations if you wish to get more practice in a day. As you progress through the habit challenge, see if you can take lessons from how Kobe Bryant trains every day. It’s in the chapter about the Motivation Myth.

Using a sticky note is a classic way to keep track of what you need to do. Keep up the good work!

Hi, Pamela! Diet and Exercise are two of the most important habits discussed in the Habit Challenge. I’m confident that you will know exactly what you need to do when you finish all of the workbooks. 🙂 Good luck!

Hey there, Jay! I recommend trying out Vipassana Meditation and if you can find a center for that where you live, it would be even better! Good luck with the habit challenge, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Hey there, May! It’s good to have that kind of ambition! Given time, and consistency with your habits, you’ll make more progress in a month than others who don’t take up the habit challenge in a year.

Hey, Jeff! Good to know that you’ve made your habit convenient. 🙂 If ever you do need the internet during practice, you can choose to uninstall the apps that are not necessary, or get a separate device for your tutorials if you can afford it.

Placing the best scores on the table is a good touch, Marjay! That being said, make sure that you are not relying on those scores to stay motivated. The habit must always be doable without motivation.

Hey, Allen! While I understand that confidence and dedication are important, assuming the identity of someone who loves chess will get you both confidence and dedication in the long run. Keep up the good work! 🙂

Hey, Ozzy! You can also keep your jogging habit convenient by keeping track of your running distance with your phone. You mentioned you wanted to increase your running distance when you are no longer able to increase the duration. There are apps that can keep track of how many steps or meters you have travelled.

Hey, Ami! You can also set the time you reheat your food for dinner to something consistent and then tie your study habit to that. That being said, good job in having a warm-up routine for your habit! 🙂
