    I’m trying to start a meditation habit, but I keep forgetting about it. I work as an office assistant and it’s so stressful. I’m hoping the habits stick so that I can unwind every day and not be stressed out. I’m also not quite sure what the best way to meditate is.

    Hey there, Jay! I recommend trying out Vipassana Meditation and if you can find a center for that where you live, it would be even better! Good luck with the habit challenge, and I look forward to hearing from you.

    I’ve never actually thought that meditation can be part of someone’s normal day. :O I’m interested in how the progress goes and what the results are for you.
