The smallest way to do my habit is To do 10sec plank. I will do at least 10sec plank ;but not more than 30 sec plank. Every week I increase 3sec.Every week I increase 3 sec and also the upper limit is by 3 sec more. I will exercise right after bed on my bedroom everyday. When I do more than 6 min. I break it into 3 sets as 2 min each. I will stop snowballing my habit when I spend more than 30mins exercising.
I give this weight loss habit a Model habit because a Model has her believe system very strong towards her goal to be a model and thus she always take care of herself to make a beautiful figure by gyming every day, eating healthy food every day, drinking plenty of water, taking plenty of sleep, keep herself free from stress. That’s why first I want to develop a habit of exercising everyday.
I’m always fat and overweight. I always try to be fit from my school time but never stay consistent on it. I know from starting I always try to achieve that goal just in one day and that’s why take large attempts like 1 hour exercise or full day complete dieting.. At the end Motivation finished and I give up.. But now I think I have to make weight loss a habit gradually so that if I forget about my goal, then that will not matter..
