Tell us how are you making your habit more visible or easier to do. I can always pick up where I left off since my stuff is left on the desk and I can immediately see what I should work on next.
If you are using environmental shift as a trigger, tell us what transitions in your environments are you using as triggers for your habits. I get home from work and bathe, then change into good clothes before I start writing.
Let us know if you created or found a space for your habits. I have a desk in my study and that’s what I use.
List out the events you identified as potential triggers for your habits even if you don’t intend to use them. I have not yet been able to try other triggers. There are very few options at the weekends.
Tell us the list of habits that are already in your life. I have my daily morning routine, lesson plan routine after I write, hygiene routine after work, grocery shopping, laundry and cleaning routine once a week. I’m sure I have more habits than this but these are what I can enumerate from the top of my head.
Let us know which of your existing habit you plan to use as your habit trigger. Make sure you mention whether you will do your new habit before/after your existing habit. I’ll do my habit after my hygiene routine when I come back home from work.
