Well I know. Its a bad habit. So I am building a habit to quit that bad habit.
I need to be busy to clear all those worst or pron related image. Thats how I cannot think about it. Instead I think I should start a new project or start to learn something new to make myself busy.
Anyone with better suggestions can help me.

You should decide which habit you specifically want to form if you have any chance of making it happen.

Thanks for sharing Nooruddin, this is a big problem that is affected so many. Many people do not know where or how to get help.
If you learn techniques that work for you, you could help others too. Maybe have mini webinars/courses/coaching etc.
