Hello there, May! One of the upcoming chapters you will be able to read/listen/watch during the habit challenge is called “Motivation Myth.” During the habit challenge, you will be taught to achieve your goals without even thinking about it. You will not need motivation at all.
“Let us know what is the smallest way you will start your habits, along with the upper limit for it.”
I practice for 30 minutes a day every afternoon.
“Tell us the schedule for your habit and the schedule you will follow to increase the intensity.”
I start at 3PM and I add 5 minutes every week.
“If you intend to break your habit into sets, tell us how you plan to do it.”
I’ll break the habit into sets of one hour each. I’ll do the other sets in the morning or evening.
“Tell us when you will stop increasing the intensity of your habit.”
I’ll stop increasing my habit intensity if I can’t keep up with the expenditure. I don’t quite have a lot of money to invest in practice.
