October 30, 2020 at 8:56 pm #15653Hello abhishek
Concerning the habits i want to develop, i have so many habits but the first and the most imporant one is to wake up early
October 31, 2020 at 12:45 am #15657Just be careful about how you approach that one Yassine.
Waking up early not really a habit itself. It is actually the outcome of other good habits like going to bed at the same time everyday and getting enough sleep.

December 10, 2020 at 6:51 pm #16399Hello everyone,
Funny I have the same one Yassine I’m working on now. There was a point in time I got up at 4 am (which I think is good now) and went to bed about 8pm. I”m going to try and do this one as well. I have a strategy that I think might work: get up at 4 am. Take a nap in the evening to catch up on rest (when the world starts to slow down). I’ll see how that one goes.
Did you find a strategy that worked for you?
January 1, 2021 at 5:33 am #16744Hello everyone,
I am Mayank Singh, I am an engineering student pursuing my degree in Computer Science in Indian.
This year in 2021 I am looking forward to change my lifestyle and habits.
past years I have been wasting my time in playing games with friends and watching random videos on youtube but everything changes now and this year will be different.
I will focus on my studies and surround myself in some healthy environment.
Thanks ?
January 7, 2021 at 8:19 am #16773Hello everyone,
I just read the post on ‘how to form a habit to pursue your goal on autopilot,’ and I must say, nothing’s spoken to me more.
I get motivated to pursue something and go at it like my life depends on it. The burn out that follows undoes everything I worked
for and more. Read that article made me feel understood.
So, I joined the community.
The first habit I want to develop is time management.
