Hi! My name is Lucy. I love horseback riding, and I’m excited to be here.

I’m trying to make it a habit to do Yoga every day. What I’m struggling to deal with is how to dedicate time for it. Between my responsibilities taking care of my horse, practising my riding, and my 8-hour job, I’m just swamped.

A friend recommended that I buy the habit challenge and learn from it. Luckily I did have the cash for it.

I really hope I do get help. It’s not quite urgent that I do yoga, but being unable to squeeze anything  into my schedule is becoming a big problem.

Hi, Lucy! You came to the right place. When you take on the habit challenge, you will learn to schedule your habit and have plans in place in case things don’t always go your way. You will have everything you need so that you will always be able to do your habit even at the worst of times.

I can relate to this. Having to sneak extra study time on top of school and the take-home activities that I have to deal with, plus my responsibilities at home really does get difficult. T_T

    ^This.

I used to have to squeeze time to practice my horseback riding on top of the mountain of college requirements I had. It was a nightmare.
